What if I’ve never sold clothes online before?
That’s actually perfect, Klozy removes all the messy parts. You just post your looks as short Reels, tag what’s for sale, and let buyers check out instantly.
How do I get paid?
Once a buyer purchases one of your pieces, the payment is processed securely inside the app and sent directly to your account.
What kind of clothes can I sell on Klozy?
Anything stylish, second-hand, and in good condition. Whether it’s high-street, designer, vintage or trending fast fashion, Klozy is fashion-first, not flea-market.
How does authenticity checking work?
When a branded piece is listed, Klozy runs an AI authenticity check, and our team reviews any listing that gets flagged. It’s a check, not a guarantee: if you receive an item you believe is counterfeit, report it from the app within 2 days of delivery. We investigate, and if the item is counterfeit, or its authenticity can’t be confirmed, you get a refund.
What is buyer protection?
A small buyer-protection fee is added to every order. Your payment is held securely and only released to the seller once the 2-day window after delivery has closed. If the item is lost, damaged or not as described, report it from the app within those 2 days and you’ll be refunded.
What is virtual try-on (Beta)?
Virtual try-on lets you see a piece on a model before you buy. It’s in beta and opening to more people soon.
